A dedicated Job Listings post type with an Advanced Job Builder for compensation, structured details, and SEO fields. Filterable frontend listings as a shortcode, Gutenberg block, or Elementor widget, with structured data for Google for Jobs, social share buttons, and feeds for Indeed and ZipRecruiter. Job pages are pinged straight to Google and Bing the moment they publish, instead of waiting on a crawl.
Applications
A frontend application form with resume upload, spam protection, and duplicate detection. Per-job screening questions with automatic rejection, automatic resume-to-job skill match scoring with an explainable breakdown, a drag-and-drop Kanban pipeline, bulk email to filtered applicants, and CSV export.
Employee referrals
Per-employee, per-job referral links with anonymous attribution, no candidate login required. A leaderboard shows each referrer’s links, applications, and hires, with optional notifications when a referred candidate is shortlisted or hired.
Candidate self-service
A login-free status portal reached through a magic link in every status email, so candidates can check their progress, replace a resume, or withdraw an application without emailing your recruiter.
Compliance kit
An optional consent checkbox linked to your privacy policy, voluntary region aware EEO and diversity questions stored separately from the application, configurable automatic data retention purge, and built in WordPress privacy export and erase tools.
Candidates, recruiters, and interviews
A shared candidate database scoped to each recruiter’s own jobs, CSV import for bulk applications, a Super User and Recruiter role model enforced server side, and interview scheduling with Google Meet auto-creation, pasted links, and calendar invites.
Notifications
Branded HTML emails for candidates and recruiters with merge tags and live preview, a daily digest option, configurable automatic or manual status emails, and outbound webhooks to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or a generic endpoint.
Admin and reporting
A recruiter dashboard and a team wide view with performance breakdowns, a card based candidate browser with call tracking, a full audit log of who changed what, and analytics covering time to hire, funnel conversion, source of hire, and offer acceptance.

No. CMAA Recruit installs like any other WordPress plugin and runs from your normal admin dashboard. If you can publish a page, you can run your hiring desk.
What is the real difference between Free and Pro
Free covers a working recruitment desk up to 15 listings and 300 applications a month with 1 recruiter seat. Pro removes those limits and adds the Candidates database, referrals, analytics, compliance reporting, and integrations like Google Meet and job board feeds.
Can I switch plans later
